Ingredients

  • 1 part Alberta Premium Whisky
  • 1 part maple syrup
  • 1 part lemon juice
  • 1 egg white

Equipment

  • Rocks glass
  • Shaker tin
  • Hawthorne strainer

Method

  • Grab your shaker and add your ingredients together and dry shake (no ice) for about 20 seconds
  • Then add ice and shake again for 15 seconds
  • Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice
  • Garnish with a lemon slice or wedge
