  • 2 parts Alberta Premium Whisky
  • 1 part honey syrup
  • 1 part grapefruit juice

Equipment

  • Rocks glass
  • Shaker tin
  • Hawthorne strainer

Method

  • To start, grab a shaker and add your ingredients first, before adding the ice to prevent any dilution
  • Add some ice and shake for about 15 seconds
  • Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice
  • Garnish with a grapefruit twist
