The Manhattan. A beloved cocktail for good reason. Its elegance and simplicity make it timeless.

To start, grab a mixing glass
Next, add 2 parts Alberta Premium Whisky. This whisky has a subtle spice to it, making it, perfect for a classic cocktail like this
To balance the whisky, add 1 part Sweet Vermouth and a couple of dashes of aromatic bitters
Add some ice and give it a stir for about 30 seconds till chilled
Fine strain into a chilled martini glass and top with a cherry
