Ingredients

  • 2 parts Canadian Club 100% Rye Whisky
  • 0.5 parts maple syrup
  • 2 dashes Cherry BItters
  • 2 dashes Angostura® Bitters
  • Cinnamon stick

Equipment

  • Rocks glass
  • Mixing glass
  • Stirring spoon
  • Strainer
  • Large ice mould

Method

  • Grab a mixing glass and combine all ingredients together over ice
  • Stir for 30 seconds to chill
  • Then strain into a rocks glass with one large ice cube or ball
  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick
