Ingredients

  • 0.75 parts Canadian Club 100% Rye Whisky
  • 0.75 parts Aperol® Liqueur
  • 0.75 parts Amaro Nonino
  • 0.75 parts lemon juice

Equipment

  • Coupe or martini glass
  • Shaker tin
  • Strainer

Method

  • To start, grab a shaker and add your ingredients first, before adding the ice to prevent any dilution
  • Add some ice and shake for about 15 seconds
  • Fine strain into a chilled martini glass
  • Garnish with a lemon twist
